C-III Asset Management LLC released more details about the adjustments of the Phase 1 (BSCMS 2005-PWR10) loan and Phase II (BSCMS 2007-PWR15) loan of the World Market Center located in Las Vegas, NV. The Phase I loan had an original $225MM principal balance and reached maturity in 2015. The phase II loan had an original principal balance of $345MM and reached maturity in 2017.

U.S. Residential Group (USRG) and Pacific West Management (PWM) were recently acquired by C-III Capital Partners. USRG and PWM manage approximately 24,000 multifamily units located in 12 states. Their operations will now be combined under the name U.S. Residential Group while keeping the current management team led by Alan Fenstermacher. It will operate as a subsidiary of C-III Capital Partners, a commercial real estate services company engaged in a broad range of activities.
In recognition of the generosity of alumnus Andrew Farkas, Harvard University will rename its historic New College Theatre building Farkas Hall. “My times at the Hasty Pudding were amongst the most joyful and memorable,” said Farkas, who served as Hasty Pudding Club president for two years as an undergraduate.
